It's How You Tell the Story

I thought of this topic while reading comments on last weeks video.

If it wasn't for audience feedback I wouldn't keep getting new ideas. So many things to cover. So many things that affect a game.

Your points have merit and those are all great game but sometimes you need to have the control taken from you in order for your character to help drive the story or you will end up being nothing more than a slave. In the games you've mentioned I've always felt my own motivations but I was always was following orders than having my character drive the story.
